At AYG Home Service, we strive to provide transparent, reliable, and efficient delivery services for all your premium custom furniture and home products.
1. Shipping Rates & Thresholds
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping based on your order total:
- Orders of $100.00 USD and over: FREE Shipping.
- Orders under $100.00 USD: A flat rate of $6.95 USD will be applied at checkout.
- Note: All shipping fees are fully disclosed at checkout with no hidden logistics, surcharges, or handling fees.
2. Order Timeline (Cutoff, Handling & Transit)
To help you track your delivery accurately, we break down our fulfillment timelines into three clear phases:
- Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (CST) - Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
- Handling / Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday. (Orders are not processed on weekends or national holidays).
- Transit / Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days in transit via our domestic freight and parcel carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or specialized freight).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 4 to 10 business days from the day your order is successfully placed.
3. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
- We currently ship exclusively within the Continental United States (Lower 48 States).
- Due to the size and weight of premium furniture, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US Territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam).
4. Shipment Tracking & Delivery
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking link will become active within 24–48 hours of shipment.
- For oversized custom furniture shipments (such as dining tables or large cabinets), the freight carrier will call you to schedule a convenient delivery appointment.
5. Damaged Shipments
- If your items arrive damaged due to transit, please document the damage with photos immediately.
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or repair at zero cost to you.
