At AYG Home Service, we take great pride in the quality of our premium custom furniture and home products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 
1. 30-Day Return Window
  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
  • Requests submitted after this 30-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging (including all boxes, hardware, and assembly instructions).
  • Proof of purchase (your order confirmation email or invoice) must be provided.
  • Please note: Custom-built cabinetry or bespoke furniture tailored to specific dimensions cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Return Shipping & Costs
  • For Customer Remorse (e.g., changed your mind, wrong size/color selected): The buyer is responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the product arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, AYG Home Service will cover 100% of the return shipping costs or arrange a free exchange.
  • Restocking Fee: We do NOT charge any restocking fees for returned items.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these simple steps:
  1. Contact our customer support team via email at info@ayghomeservice.com with your order number and photos of the item.
  2. Once approved, we will provide you with the authorized return shipping address or a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Securely pack the item and ship it back to our official facility:

5. Refunds Processing Time
  • Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, our team will inspect it within 3 business days.
  • We will immediately notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days (depending on your bank or credit card issuer's processing times).
